House Season Rates 

Regular or Late……….. you choose.

Regular: Jan 1st to March 8 = $95

Late : March 9  = $130 

 March 15th Registration Closed for Spring Season

Refund deadline: April 7th, less $25 admin fee.

Coach’s get a 100% discount on the first player registered. (choose BYSA17 when Registering)

You must pay to play. Players can only play when BYSA has received your fees

Family Discount : Due a number of ongoing issues with this we no longer offer a discount for multiple kids, our rates though per player do remain far below the industry standard.

Payments can be made online with VISA or Master Card, or you can mail us a cheque.

If you pay by cheque we will only consider your application once cheque is received.                                                           (Late fees will apply to payments received after Feb 21.)

Spring runs April into JuneFall runs Sept into Oct

Fall Soccer is “Free” to Spring players; there will be a nominal fee of $30 for new registrants in the Fall.  Please don’t register for Fall if you are not going to be there.


BYSA All Kids Play Policy -All kids play regardless of ability to pay fees.

Please contact the league in confidence for more info, and choose Subsidy when registering.


Division Structure;


U16,  U13  U11  U9  and U7;  All Co-ed

Team building starts as completed applications are received with payment; later applicants may be placed on wait lists or other teams.

Teams will not be overloaded.

Registration never ends (just the Fee structure),

Every registered and paid up player will be placed on a team!

Playing out of Division (up or down) must conform to BYSA Policy found in our  Club Handbook. Moves are arranged by the league, not the Coach’s and parents or players! Contact the league if you feel you have a case.


Jersey Deposit


The Jersey Deposit is $50, post dated to Nov 1st 2016

Jerseys will be handed out at first practice,,, only to those who give a post dated cheque to the Coach or team Manager.

No deposit,,No Jersey.

more GENERAL info:


  • Refunds, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received on or before April 7th, 2017. Requests must be in writing (e-mail).
  • Games are played rain or shine unless severe weather causes field closures. This is very unlikely and BYSA will send out an e-mail if this is the case.
  •  The online schedule is the one to trust!
  • The individual coach decides practice times and days. The Registrar does not have information on where and when each coach holds practice. Practices are usually held outside on the local school field. Practices are usually once a week after school or early evening.
  • Games are played on Sundays.
  • Team building starts on receipt of completed application and payment received by BYSA. We attempt to place children from the same geographical areas on the same teams. This is not always possible.
  • All special requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

All registration payments are due at time of registration and invoicing.  

BYSA will be conducting random on- field audits during the season for non-registered players. Unregistered players will be removed from the field and levied a $30 surcharge on top of the regular fee should they want to continue to play. This also applies to practices and games.
